Billed as an Advanced Guide for the Solitary Practitioner, this book covers how to develop pagan practise, how to determine spiritual goals, the cycles (including the Sabbats) and how to bring it all together.

Not the best written book, but not aweful either. I wouldn't particularly recommend it however as I didn't feel it lived up to it's title. It didn't really cover anything new or inspire me to progress to a more advanced understanding. The exercises helped, but it still wasn't anything advanced.

Give this a miss and try The Second Circle by Venecia auls if you are looking for some new ideas.
